Health And Safety Coordination

It is a specific technical service combined with experience, allowing the management and coordination of the general principles of prevention with the implementation work, the health and safety plan, according to the Decree No. 273/03 of 29 October, in particular with the following services:

• Compilation of information needed to elaborate the site previous opening communication that will start the contract, according to no. 2 of article 19 of DL No. 273/03 of 29 October;
• Coordination and safety control of the work, according to no. 1 of article 19 of DL No. 273/03 of 29th October;
• The final report, considering the legal obligations for closing the service with the ACT (Portuguese Work Conditions Authority).
