• Proposal analysis and elaboration of comparing charts;
• Reporting;
• Negociation with the bidders;
• Support to the contract signature;
• Creation and maintenance of a communication system;
• Monitoring and control of the works schedule;
• Quality of work control;
• Works monthly certification, cost control, variations control;
• Provisional acceptance certification and accounts closing.
